Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing us. We specialize in premium customized notebooks, stationery, gift boxes, packaging products, and paper crafts for global wholesale and business clients.
Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
For standard (non-customized) products, orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
For customized products, production time depends on product type, order quantity, printing requirements, and complexity. Generally, production takes 7–20 business days after final artwork approval and deposit/payment confirmation.
Large-volume orders may require additional production time.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options based on customer needs, including:
Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT)
Air Freight
Sea Freight
Railway Transportation (for applicable regions)
DDP / DDU shipping solutions based on destination requirements
Shipping methods will be recommended according to your budget, delivery time, and destination country.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Product size and weight
Packaging dimensions
Destination country/region
Shipping method selected
Customs clearance requirements
Final shipping costs will be confirmed before order payment.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:
Express: 5–10 business days
Air Freight: 7–15 business days
Sea Freight: 20–45 business days
Railway: depending on destination
Please note that customs clearance, local delivery, holidays, and force majeure events may cause delays.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country.
For DDP shipments, duties and taxes may be included depending on the agreement.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including recipient name, address, postal code, phone number, and customs documentation if required.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If goods are damaged during transportation or if shipment issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide supporting photos and details.
We will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
