Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing high-quality customized stationery, notebooks, gift packaging, and paper products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Customized Products

Since most of our products are custom-made according to your specific requirements (including size, logo, material, printing, packaging, etc.), customized orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

We strongly recommend confirming all details, including artwork, specifications, and shipping information before final approval.

Refunds for customized products will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Incorrect product specifications caused by our production error
Serious quality defects affecting normal use
Wrong items shipped by our company
Significant quantity shortage upon delivery

Supporting photos/videos and detailed descriptions must be provided within 7 days after receiving the goods.

2. Standard (Non-Customized) Products

For standard non-customized products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
The return request is approved by our customer service team

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

If production has already started, cancellation may result in partial charges for materials, labor, and setup costs already incurred.

4. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.

We will work with the shipping carrier to provide a reasonable solution.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
