Processing&delivery Times

At Artinory Atelier Custom Studio, we take pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For customized and personalized orders, our standard processing time is approximately 10-15 business days. For regular non-customized orders, processing time is approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that selecting expedited shipping will not shorten the production or processing time of your order.

Artinory Atelier Premium Custom Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched. Delivery schedules are managed solely by the carrier.

Delivered but Not Received:
If the tracking information shows that your package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided in your order, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. We are unable to take responsibility for packages marked as “DELIVERED” by the carrier.

If you need your order sooner than our standard processing time, please feel free to contact our customer service team in advance. We will do our best to assist with urgent requests.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, Artinory Atelier High-end Customization Studio accepts returns of non-customized items. However, the items must be in a brand new, unused condition, with original tags intact, original packaging undamaged, and all accompanying accessories or components returned together.

When returning goods, you must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. If you cannot provide valid proof of purchase, we reserve the right to offer store credits based on the lowest selling price or discounted price of the item.

Products that are customized, personalized, engraved, or embroidered with initials are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangable.

If you purchased gifts or promotional items in your original order, in order to receive a full refund for your original order, you must also return the gifts.

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if the product remains in its original condition and is resalable, a full refund can be issued. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, only store credits may be issued as compensation.

Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Unless the received product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. If any of the aforementioned situations occur, please immediately contact our customer service team for assistance.

We strongly recommend that you insure the return shipping costs, as the sender remains responsible for any lost return packages. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the refund or exchange is completed.

Refunds for orders paid with a credit card will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
